Roof Repair Smedway's Flat Roof Repair crews are trained on TPO, EPDM, and modified bitumen systems across Spring Glen, not general shingle work applied to a flat surface.
A flat roof leak rarely shows up directly above where the water actually entered — membrane systems move water laterally before it drips through.
We also test repaired seams for a proper bond before leaving, rather than assuming a visual check is enough.
Membrane Flat Roof Repair credentials cover commercial licensing requirements across Spring Glen, NY.
We coordinate Spring Glen scheduling around your business hours whenever the situation allows.
Written Flat Roof Repair estimates cover membrane type, repair scope, and labor upfront.
Proper membrane welding equipment prevents the seam failures common with improvised patches.
Here's what falls under our Spring Glen Flat Roof Repair service for commercial and low-slope roofs.
We test repaired seams for a proper bond before considering the Flat Roof Repair job complete.
EPDM punctures and seam failures are patched with compatible materials, not a mismatched quick fix.
We identify why water is pooling — often a low spot or blocked drain — before recommending a solution.
We assess whether a modified bitumen repair needs a patch or a full section replacement.
Clogged or damaged drains are a leading cause of Spring Glen flat roof ponding and membrane stress.
Rooftop HVAC units and their curbs are a frequent source of Spring Glen commercial roof leaks that general roofers often overlook.
We start by discussing the issue — ponding, active leak, or visible membrane damage.
On-site assessment identifies the membrane type and the actual cause of the issue.
Drainage and ponding issues are assessed alongside any visible membrane damage.
Repairs are completed using membrane-appropriate technique, then tested before we consider the job done.
